Support Access | Sisense for Cloud Data Teams

Enabling Support Access allows Sisense support personnel to access the account for a set amount of time. 

Only administrators can enable Support Access. To open the Support Access menu, first click the Settings menu at the bottom of the left hand navigation bar. Then, click Support Access.

Click on the drop down menu to select the amount of time support personnel should have access to the account. Access will automatically be disabled after the selected time period.
